After testing out the concept of live ‘virtual breathing experiences’, and proving that we can have just as much impact online, we’re now opening up our Breathe Me Virtual Breathing Space.
The Virtual Breathing Space is your resource for you to enjoy live or pre-recorded breathing experiences with us from the comfort of your own home. Or office. Or anywhere for that matter.
Imagine having us to help you recharge your energy or activate a mission ready mindset anytime it suits you. Actually, don’t bother imagining it, we’re making it happen!
The Virtual Breathing Space is a twice-monthly experience delivered online through Zoom video conferencing. You can access the session via your computer, phone or tablet.
Each experience is facilitated by us and goes for up to 30 minutes.
If you can’t make it to the broadcast session, you’ll have access to the recording so you can work through it in your own time. You can even repeat it if you want as well. You’re in charge of the timing.
Each session will be different so you can learn to master the three states that breathing can deliver - energising, relaxing, and meditative. You’ll build up an arsenal of breathing skills that you can use depending on the circumstances of your life.
Access to the Virtual Breathing Space is available by monthly subscription only and will cost just $AUD97/month. That’s great value for 2 breathing experiences plus access to the full library!! (For international buyers $AUD97 is approximately $US70).

No. All you need is internet access and some space to lie down (ideally where your device camera can see you but that is optional). You might like to have a light blanket over you and we also recommend you use earphones or Bluetooth headphones during the session but this is not essential.
We will use a variety of times to cater for different time zones. You will have access to the recordings though so if you miss the boradcast session you will still be able to use it.
There are more health risks with not breathing than there are with breathing :-). Seriously though, the body is more challenged by walking up a flight of stairs than with our breathing exercises. Most of ours are done lying down and you have what’s needed to ‘self-regulate’ your own experience.

Our breathing experiences are suitable for all ages. We do them regularly with our 8 and 5 year old daughters. (The only limitation is that whoever is signing up for the membership must be over 18 to have a credit card).
